Horrible service and have no respect when talking to customers.
I was very disappointed with the attitude and conduct I experienced from Usher (the boss) during my first and last visit. His behavior was disrespectful and dismissive, which I found quite upsetting. I cannot help but wonder if this treatment was influenced by my gender and ethnicity, as I am a Black woman. Such conduct only serves to reinforce negative stereotypes about Arabs towards these groups. Price is good, mechanics are experienced. They are fair in their assessment, and they shared the issues by video and gave the full explanation. I recommend them for troubleshooting, diagnosing and fixing!
