Dwayne at Mr. M Car is professional and reasonable. Lucky to have such a reputable shop near by! These cars are a joy to drive but they definitely require upkeep. Its great to find one shop that you trust and can stick with throughout the ownership of your BMW. Dwayne is easy to work with and stands by his work so I will be bringing my 2010 535i back in the future.

Great service although owner is retiring. Business is being taken over by the tech who has been there for a long time and I’ll keep going to him as soon as he is set up - apparently in a new location but with the same phone number

Got an old BMW that needs fixing? Look no further. Don and Dwayne did a fantastic job repairing my E53 X5. They changed my front axle, transmission fluid, and some suspension components. True and certified experts at their craft. After I told Don about a clunking noise that presented after the repair, he happily took a second look to resolve the issue, at no additional cost. Labor costs are fair and they only use OEM parts.

I read the reviews before I took my car over to see Don and was not disappointed! Him and Dwayne really know their stuff, they take their time to properly diagnose any issues and answered all of my questions. Would highly recommend to any M owner that they will be in great hands!

My 93 M5 had been sitting for about 10 years. Took it to Don and he & Dwayne went through it inside and out, top to bottom, bumper to bumper. There is nobody that knows these cars like Don - nobody. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, with regular emails, pics, and phone calls. The end result is that I now have car that runs, sounds, handles and drives like a dream.
