Ordered some sheeting that was to be cut to size. sheeting arrived promptly as promised but due to a computer error, was not cut. As I needed it for the weekend and today was friday, Jeff said he would go home get a saw and cut it for me. He felt his cutting was not up to standard and offered me a full refund and take the sheets or he would order another lot and pick them up himself same day.
