We have now been working with Manlin for nearly 2 years to build our home. The entire process has been disappointing, to say the least. The house still has unfinished items despite communicating the issues to owners multiple times per week. Mike, Michelle and the whole team were all fantastic to work with. We built our home in Brentwood (on Moritz) and they were accommodating to all our needs. We got in early in the home building process so we were able to customize a lot. The quality of work was top notch. They even helped after we moved in with a few small things. They always got back to us right away throughout the process and provided all the Information up front. If we decide to build another home, Mike Manlin would be our first choice!
I can’t say enough about Mike Manlin and the entire Manlin Development team who have been outstanding at every level. The quality of home, selection and building experience has been incredible.
