Great work and turn around times. They are always there to help when needed. We enjoy working with them.
There have been previous issues that have been resolved, work is good.
Kara used to runt the program efficiently, however I have noticed within the past few months quick employee turnover, missed cases on their end, and a complete lack of regard for handling errors on their end. We were consistently billed for things that were not made correctly, things were consistently being forgotten about, and there is always some type of excuse on Kara's end as to why its alright to justify their mistakes...
