I cannot say enough about Dr. Gounder and his staff. Explanation of my condition was clear and concise. He discribed next steps and how WE will prepare to move forward. I felt as if he was my coach and we were preparing for the big game. He allowed me to ask questions without feeling rushed. He offers teleconference. He doesn't mince words, but his bedside manner is calming and reassuring. His Health Grade rating is excellent!
