I had an appointment with this unprofessional doctor, but she left me waiting in the room for an hour without even a nurse checking in. I ended up leaving. What's surprising is that the doctor called me afterward, didn't apologize, and simply asked why I left. To add insult to injury, when I looked at my chart, it said 'left without being seen.' The lack of professionalism is staggering.
Dr. Reddy and staff are caring and compassionate and understanding and helpful. Dr Reddy spends time with me and makes sure I understand all aspects of my care and I will forever be grateful for her. When I found out my diagnosis I went to see Dr. Reddy and she explained everything several times so I would understand and the support staff in the office was there for me also and they make you feel important. I highly recommend this Doctor and office. I appreciate everything that they have done for me.
