Received a bill. From what I can tell it was never sent to insurance and all the phone numbers are disconnected so I can't talk to anyone. ....

Ya’ll are the worst… straight up a bunch of liars. Telling people you will call the credit bureau once their bill is paid and then have the audacity to not only never call the credit bureau, but KNEW you weren’t going to in the first place no matter what. Peoples’ credit is important to them. And y’all don’t care not one bit… sending threatening letters. My moms FIRST bill said, “Failure to respond to this letter or send payment will indicate that the debt is due and collection efforts will proceed.” And then at the bottom o... read more

first bill was a final notice, paid it within 3 weeks, and it was still sent to a collection agency. absurd.

My son had a medical bill with y’all yall told me once the bill was paid y’all hve the credit bureau delete it off my credit once it was paid y’all never called the credit bureau I had to call y’all more than once asking to call dem to delete it and then y’all told me y’all wasn’t going to delete it y’all response was it’s better to show up on my credit paid than nothing at all after I explain to y’all my 17 year old daughter just left for college and I’m trying to help her in any way I can y’all wouldn’t like it if it was y... read more
