I booked what was supposed to be a cardiac MR 'Angiogram'. No further way to clarify which type of angiogram was possible on the website but I provided all the information about why I needed the scan and all my family cardiac history. After taking a day off work and driving for over an hour and waiting, I was told that they didn't offer this type of scan. Very professional and caring, however pressured into leaving a review
Terrible MRI scan. Images very poor due to lack of care and advice. I was not told to fast or to keep my bladder full, as a result the scan was useless. Very poor contrast and quality. I paid £300 for this scan, I have written to MRI plus twice and am still awaiting for an adequate response
