I went to MRI of Reston for an MRI of my hip. I have been to this facility many times over the years and they are very professional and take time to explain the procedure and get you ready for the exam. I am not claustrophobic but I am sure if I were, they would accommodate. I do prefer extra ear protection. The sign in was easy as I had done all ahead from answering questions, submitting the order and insurance IDs. I was taken in for my exam promptly and the technician was very kind and reassuring. Very professional and efficient. Was in and out in less than 1hr.
From start to finish, my experience was excellent. Everyone from the check in to the scan was professional, compassionate, and kind.
I got stuck in an unusual morning traffic going to Reston & which took an hour and a half to reach to my destination and I missed my 9:30 am appointment by three minutes delay. I was told that my next appointment is at 10:30 am. However, within four minutes I was called in to the MRI lab, went through 15 minutes MRI and walked out at ease. Facility was awesome no interruptions I give them 5 STARS.
