Gainesville location.....I had a shoulder MRI at the Gainesville location. Everything from start to finish was difficult. Terrible communication from trying to make the apt to trying to get the results. I paid to have their doctor read the imaging results. His name is Dr. Michael Herron. He said that I had a few minor tears and arthritis, but nothing major that needed attention or surgery. I suffered for 5 months with extreme pain. I finally went to another orthopedic doctor. Norcross location The front desk and the technician were amazing. I was told to go to the back desk and wait for my cd to be made. The girl sitting at the back desk said they were to busy to make a cd. I declined getting it mail 3 times and stated I was happy to wait. The girl refused and when I sat down to wait I was told "a cd will not be made today". My test was on 10/13/23. I emailed the contact me on the website on 10/20/23 to ask about the cd. I went for MRI Brain on Saturday,10/22/22, at their "Jimmy Carter Blvd, Norcross" location. My appointment was at 1 PM. The front desk girls were very cooperative. I was having "worst headache of my life, for the last 4 days. During these days, I was able to sleep only for few hours. I was feeling very sick. Very bad service. For a scheduled MRI, long wait time, takes them more than 2 hours to just get you in. Very unprofessional. Don’t expect your time to be valued.

Charged me a $50 co-pay despite being told by my insurance company that I should not have a co-pay for the procedure. Long story short - I found out they use incorrect billing codes to cheat both the patient and the insurance company. After chasing MRI Imaging's office manager for a week, I got my co-pay refunded. Don't be cheated - know your insurance benefit before you go!
