If I could give a minus 5 star I would! Most UNpatient oriented place of service I have EVER encountered. Complete incompetence in communication and operation. Who yells from their chair behind a glass window to tell you to “go on back?” No further direction…completely unaware of concerns for the comfort of patients.
Technician was impersonal, impertinent, and unfriendly. She never smiled or introduced herself during my time there.
I recently had a brain MRI and I was extremely nervous. They were patient with me and they made all of my worries go ahead. Everyone is super friendly and the office vibe is just right.
I had to have an emergent CT Scan and the staff was friendly, compassionate and professional. I am grateful for their ability to get me in the same day!
This was my first MRI and you guys made it so easy. Thank you for your help.
