Very bad customer service at this place.they didn’t send my report to my family doctor and I have to go collect my report.and I told them about after that they will send report to my family doctor
Appointment should not take this long. I was told to be here at 8:30 for my appointment at 9. I have been sitting here for over and hour and just did some paperwork and verified information. The last practice I went to I was in and out in less than an hour. Still sitting here and have not been called back. Do not recommend or would come back.
Oh my god....I had an 8 am appointment with all paperwork filled out in advance. There were 2 people in the waiting room when I arrived (about 20 when I left). I wasn't called back until 9 am. From what I gather, the front desk people move slower than a turtle's pace and do not go in order. It was so frustrating. Do better.
pre-registration process is complicated.
Their time management is terrible. I spent over 2 hours there for 2 procedures. Never going back
