Second time with a Northside Imaging facility at two different locations. Same problems, so it seems institutional. It takes 30 minutes of sitting in a cubicle and being treated like you are taking out a mortgage to get checked in. Why? No other medical facilities I've visited are this inefficient with checking in. The actual imaging services were fine. They need to revamp check-in and improve front desk customer service.

I was contacted 7:30 pm to schedule an appointment. The scheduler was so unprofessional. Then I went on their website to read reviews. There were so many negative ones. More one stars than five. Many recent reviews mentioned the disrespect the staff displayed for them as a patient and their time! I will not subject myself to that type of abuse! I CANCELLED my appointment the next day.
If I could give zero stars for the front desk I would. Awful multiple experiences. One visit I received multiple calls prior about the authorization. One person said they had it and I was good to go. I arrived and I waited an hour and then asked about the wait and they said they didn’t have my authorization. They didn’t seem to care that I was waiting for so long.
