Their time management is terrible. I spent over 2 hours there for 2 procedures. Never going back
Got an ultrasound on 3/18. Not only has my doctor’s office been repeatedly calling to have results sent, I have as well. Early detection for cancer is imperative and I’m going to two weeks and almost a dozen calls and cannot get them to do the bare basic function of their office. $1500 for ultrasound and NO RESULTS HAVE BEEN SENT. The poorest in healthcare and customer service. If I get a cancerous diagnosis, I know the first company listed on my malpractice lawsuit. Avoid this office at all costs.
I had a very good experience at this location. The office staff was nice and the lady that did my mammogram was excellent.
Very poor customer service. I was told 11.30 my appointment time. It has been more than 2 hrs they have not taken me in for xray. This center is full of lies. Please 🙏 take your business some place else.
