You must check in at the general desk right when you walk in the doors from the parking lot. There is no office or staff to assist you where you would normally. After being told by an inpatient member of the MRI group team to wait in the lobby for my name to be called for 45 minutes I was finally able to ask someone what was going on. No where on the signage does it say to check in downstairs nor when you make the appointment.
