I was here on August 8th 2025. And I had a good experience. I had 2 mri and a mrv all with contrast and without . Very nice front desk worker . Same with the technician . The only thing that wasn’t the best was the headrest part on the mri table . I been having severe head and neck / cervical spine with back pain . And have many significant things going on . The one at the Harrisburg pike health campus in Lancaster is nice because it kinda tilts a bit which seems to help a bit more while this one is completely down . Thank g... read more
This staff couldn’t be more rude. Personalities of a paper bag. So incredibly rude !! Front desk staff and the tech! I would go elsewhere if you need an MRI !!
I was schedule for an MRI this morning. Shortly after arriving, I was greeted, and she was very pleasant. I expressed some of my concerns, and she was very compassionate towards my concern, and made me feel comfortable. I had a wonderful experience here. If I ever have to have another MRI, I will definitely come back to this group.
