This staff couldn’t be more rude. Personalities of a paper bag. So incredibly rude !! Front desk staff and the tech! I would go elsewhere if you need an MRI !!
I was schedule for an MRI this morning. Shortly after arriving, I was greeted, and she was very pleasant. I expressed some of my concerns, and she was very compassionate towards my concern, and made me feel comfortable. I had a wonderful experience here. If I ever have to have another MRI, I will definitely come back to this group.

Jennifer in the billing office of Lancaster, PA is rude, will give false information, and refuses to transfer to a supervisor. Do not waste your time speaking to her.
