The staff is very professional, courteous, nice & helpful. They were very easy to deal with & assisted when neccessary. Mai was very sweet & worked with my mother & eased her anxiety about the exam! The front desk staff was very helpful too Jazel assisted us with rides when we needed one & it was a smooth process. Because i arrived in Uber the wait was longer the lady in the front had horrible attitude don't come here in pain 😒 😑 you will be waiting waiting waiting go anywhere but here service terrible 😒 😑 still waiting...
This place is great!! PROS: The customer service is good. They will call you and email/text you most days leading up to your appointment. If you are forgetful like me, this is THE most appreciated benefit. I almost missed my appt, but they wake up called me!! 😊 However if you don't like the reminders, you will have to notify them. They are super nice and helpful. I can't even begin to describe how amazing the MRI is. Its supposed to be hardest part, we all know how uncomfy an MRI can be, yet I fall asleep to full relaxation... read more
Amazing service ! Toni was amazing she made me feel comfortable and at ease , she explained everything and answer all of my question ! the lady at the front desk was very friendly and nice ! thank you for all you all do .
