If you are scared don't be just relax it's not bad at all when I seen the machine wasn't big at all I relaxed the machine is loud but I had. Headphones on but it was ok
Was put in a room(dressing room) waiting over 35 minutes to hear them laughing, talking and shaking tumbler cup with ice. Techs are very unprofessional and don’t take pt care serious. Front desk lady apologized and was very nice. Didn’t get her name but her nails were designed beautiful! Kudos to the front desk clerk for her professionalism. It’s okay to laugh and talk on the job but take care of your pts first. Get the pts in/out so you can have more downtime to laugh and talk🤷♀️!
Couldn't get a hold of the office for the longest time, lost my referral but had my husband's, changed my time twice and put other patients on my scheduled time without informing me only with last minute text while I was at work.
Thank you Cynthia love ! For a very fast response over the weekend and helping me get my daughter in asap. Had no idea mri places are open on Sundays! Very nice & clean facility. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were in and out for an mri of the knee within about 30 minutes ❤️🙏🏼
Had a 6:00 pm appointment for an X-ray and wasn’t seen until almost 8:00 pm. Spoke with the receptionist several times . First time they said they couldn’t find my paperwork. Second time they said I was waiting for technician to perform the MRI. Huh? I was here for a knee xray. Don’t use this branch. Go to one of the other ones . Very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. Plus the receptionist was playing on her phone the entire time I tried to talk to her .
