Well, so far the receptionist is not friendly AT ALL. UGH. Early in the morning, dealing with Elderly.....SMILE AND SAY THANK YOU for goodness sake!! We greeted her, but she did not greet us, snarky when she took back the paperwork. I get it, ppl have bad days, but when you're dealing with the public....?!?!?!
I will say, I never had an issue until yesterday. I have had multiple MRI here. Yesterday I went in for a cervical/thoracic MRI. While in the machine, I felt a warming sensation (I didn’t have contrast), but I always feel that. About 10 minutes in, I started burning. Like my insides felt like they were boiling. I roughed it out, thinking this is just normal.. it will pass.. it’s just my anxiety.. a few minutes later I had to squeeze the bulb to get out of there. They were very efficient and punctual. The technician was friendly, courteous and accommodating. I’ve always liked this facility whenever I’ve gone there. A great place to choose for MRIs. In and out in a short time.
