Dr. Bhatt and her team were totally incompetent in providing treatment for cancer. While they told me that they would schedule me for IV Immunotherapy and oral chemo, they never contacted my insurance for approval of the treatment. I only discovered this first incompetence when I was repeatedly told that my insurance was not responding to their request only to discover that Bhatt's team NEVER contacted the insurance. I have been there inpatient 4 times once in 2020 and three recently all the nurses and techs go above and beyond I love them all I had inpatient dialysis it was a very positive experience
This has been the second visit to Dr Young’s office and Dr. Young and her staff .., Tamara and Rafaelina are so professional , friendly and thorough !!!! Great accomplishments for such a busy field !

Dr Finer is very nice, takes time to listen and is knowledgeable. I was treated with respect and kindness every time.

"I trusted this office and deeply regret it. I was told by the staff that a migraine procedure (SPG block) would be covered by my insurance. Based on that assurance, I went ahead. I was never provided any out of pocket information if it happened to come back denied. Afterward, my insurance denied it as “experimental” — leaving me with a massive bill I never could have prepared for. I feel misled and taken advantage of.
