I’ve had several visits here over the years, and most have been positive. However, during my most recent visit, the technician seemed understandably worn down by the end of the day and came across as somewhat rude. As a physician, I appreciate how demanding workloads and stress can affect interactions. The front office staff, on the other hand, have consistently been professional, including during my last two visits. The technician doesn't know what they are doing. I did go 3 times for the same MRI and the excuses are they don't have the remote, they need to take some x-rays before. After they have the x-rays, they give me a bad diagnosis that I wait a week until I see my doctor and show me the same and my implant is okay that they should call the 1-800 number in my card and request the OK. What a racket!! Wish I could give this place a lower score than 1 star. They waited until the day before my MRI to tell me I needed bloodwork done beforehand. Really?!?!? The day before!! Oh, but MRI Assoc can do the bloodwork there before the MRI ——-With s copay from me + charging my insurance company.
