Had an appt at 1 pm and I didn’t get seen until 2:20 ish pm. Some of the personnel aren’t very professional! A lot of people were also complaining in the waiting area.

Amazing and caring staff and NPs! They don’t just brush you off, they listen!
Since Lisa Dement left I've been trying to get my medication. I told the receptionist I'd changed pharmacy. She informed me I needed to tell the nurse. I informed the nurse and Penny. 0ne of my medication was called in to the wrong pharmacy.
