I have called MRE Inc many times over several years for service to a commercial refrigerator at our church, along with calls for information to trouble shoot. MRE was always responsive with the answers, prompt with service and fair with pricing. John went above and beyond in assisting me as to how to best handle removing the refrigerant and disposing of the very large appliance. I would highly recommend MRE, Inc for service, parts and maintenance of all commercial appliances.
Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great place to go for restaurant repair.
Took 6 months to not fix a simple cooler problem, and then claim they did. Terrible follow-up.
