Rude staff named Rani. I went to buy Jalur Gemilang but I wasn’t sure where it was so I asked her which aisle the flags were in. She rudely rolled her eyes and just pointed, saying ‘tu’. There were so many kinds and types of flags but she didn’t assist me at all. Instead, I had to go through the items myself, opening the packaging one by one just to find the flag I was looking for.
