Bad and annoying customer service by cashier, name LUQMAN HAKIM. Ask for return and replace for the wrong item scan by cashier. Then cashier told me to take other item as the price is different. During the R&R process, he was laughing continuously and shows annoying face at me. As a cashier, he was not professional at all in handling customer service and treat the customer like a kindergarten kid. Mr.Diy, please send him to customer service class to improve his manners. Tq
