It's huge, yet empty at the same time. Item range is so small, though being a huge store. What a waste of space.
I don’t want to make it about race but this female Chinese staff (the only one Chinese working there) on 11 April 2026 around 9pm-10pm. My kids were at the toy aisle playing, she simply scolded my kids and warned them to put the toys back and left us. She returned again a few minutes later at the same aisle my kids were STILL playing, only this time she raised her voice, scolded my kids “saya sudah suruh kemas kan?!!!” and simply took the toys my 2yo boy was still playing and put it on the top shelf so he couldn’t reach. Experiencing double standards from the staff was disappointing. The store was said to be temporarily closed, yet other customers were still allowed in. If it’s closed, it should apply to everyone equally. This kind of inconsistency reflects poor judgment, especially in front of children.
Have encountered many dishonest staff and this is one classic example.. Bought many items but after I packed everything into my own recycling bag after payment and the counter was emptied… I got home and realised that the counter staff actually kept the most expensive item in my purchase which is the washing machine washer… happened multiple times from different staff on different days! Lost hope in this place!
I would like to give a special compliment to one of your staff named Fidah who assisted me at the cashier today 4/4/2026 around 8pm. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly when I asked about a power bank. She really took the time to understand what I needed and helped me choose the right one. Honestly, I have never met a DIY staff member as helpful and as kind as her before. She has such a warm smile and a very pleasant attitude that made my shopping experience happy and comfortable.
