The experience here was extremely unpleasant. One malay female staff member was consistently unfriendly and had an annoyed expression throughout the payment process. I purchased a large number of items last week, and after scanning them, she simply left everything scattered on the counter despite having a recycle bag available. When dealing with bulk purchases, basic courtesy would be to help place the items into the bag.
