dirty environment
When I entered at 9:35 PM, there was no notice downstairs that the place was about to close. After going upstairs, the staff were very rude and asked us to leave in an unfriendly manner, which made the experience quite unpleasant. Even if it was close to closing time, I would expect staff to inform customers in advance and communicate in a more polite and professional way.
