Visited at 9:50 PM, while your closing time is 10:00 PM. The store was still partially open, but your staff already chased us away and said it was closed. This is misleading and unprofessional. If customers arrive before closing time, they should still be allowed to enter or at least be treated politely. If you want to close earlier, please update your hours. Don’t rush customers out like this.
Hello, I would like to make a formal complaint regarding an incident that happened at NU Sentral. While my sister and I were passing by, two of your staff members approached us in an extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable manner. I wish to make a review of Mr DIY Avenue K Kuala Lumpur branch, and have to use the review section of Mr DIY Nu Central...since Avenue K has no review section. I was served by an extremely rude staff at the counter by the name of Aznal from Sabah or Sarawak. He scanned my purchase wrongly last week and did not apologize to me. Incomplete mini blocks set ( missing yellow blocks & red color base )from MR DIY @ Nu Sentral. Missing pieces discovered during assembly. Store Manager refused responsibility and relied on 7-day exchange policy.
