Poor customer service, very disappointed! This was my first time visiting this MR.DIY branch, and it will definitely be my last. I walked up to an empty counter and politely asked the female cashier (who wears glasses), "Boleh bayar sini?" Instead of answering professionally, she stared at me with a serious, extremely unfriendly face and snapped, "Bayar depan, sini ada customer." Her rude tone and terrible attitude completely ruined my experience. I will never step into this shop again. Please train your staff properly.
