Staff sini semua friendly
I had a disappointing experience at this MR DIY outlet. There were no staff on the upper floor, and an elderly lady was struggling to find items for a long time without any assistance. No one came to help. The service was very poor. I feel the management should hire more responsible staff. Even RM2 shops offer better customer service. Very disappointing.
