cashier no good service
Very disappointing experience. The cashier attitude was unfriendly, and the staff were not helpful at all. The store keeps changing the location of products, making it very difficult to find anything. I asked for around 10 different items, and the staff simply replied, “No” to almost every one of them. The frustrating part is that I have bought those same items from this store before. Buy some snack today at around 8.30pm or so 02/07/26 After checkout the item and pay the 2 cashier boy continues chatting and I need to stretch out my hand almost INTO THE CASH REGISTER! to take my snack and put inside my recycle bag🤦 cannot borak when no customer? Must borak when dealing with customer 🤷
Management need improvement on peak hours, long queue meanwhile other employees are chatting, very slow service and no please and thank you, hope they could do better, and give customers a better service.
