Staff yg paling kurang ajar & biadap. I was looking for power cord, and i cant find it, i was asking this girl staff nicely, do you have this power cord, the staff without seeing what i was asking for, direct with rude attidude tell me tak ada!!... i was surprised with her attitude and ask her again, excuse me, she can look into my eye and being so rude say tak ada!! Very poor service, asking for the assist to get mineral water but the 3 staff are stuck in counter and just reply at there only then continue on chatting. Because empty at the box display only will ask for assist. Another 2 staff are busying replenishment stock at display shelves also same reply, and without come to assist or to check. Others DIY store staff are able come to bring customers to get the items or stock finished will check and let customers know.
JUST NO I ENCOUNTERED WITH BAD ATTITUDE OF YOUR STAFF. Requested for exchange service and stranded me at the counter for 20 minutes until the PIC came out just to tell me unable to exchange. Unwilling to help and just push away responsibility by asking me go back to the initial outlet where I purchased. Shameful service.
Long q at 4.50pm on 24/12/2025. Only one cashier on duty, 12 person in front of me waiting to check out. What's going on management?
