I'm disappointed with one of the staff here, don't know how to talk with respect. Only one staff, the others are very good and helpful, I hope Mr DIY take action, we are Malaysian, ada adab.
Item placed at rack and checked at counter TOTALLY different, 3 out of 5 items were different prices. All the items on the left back area are messed up. Most of the items and boxes are separated. Launching a complain for, Lady cashier, was so so rude, I told her, the things at the back are messy and please put back items based on their labels to avoid this confusion that I went through.
