I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the service I received from one of the staff members at the MR.DIY TF Value Mart Sungai Petani branch. On 31 July 2026 at approximately 4:54 p.m., I had an unpleasant experience with one of your staff members, Nur Syakirah, who was working as a cashier.
