I visited MR.DIY taman batik today and had an unpleasant experience. Before entering the store, a staff member told us that drinks were not allowed inside. We respected the rule, and my sister went in while my mother waited outside. I noticed there were chairs in front of the store, so I asked my mother to sit down. However, she later told me that the chair was damaged and unsafe to use. If customers are expected to wait outside without bringing drinks into the store, there should be a proper and safe seating area provided. ... read more
