All the employees at Mr. DIY are very rude. They seem more focused on gossiping with their coworkers rather than attending to customers. When a customer asks something, they get angry and even say, “Can’t you be patient? I’m in the middle of something!” — when in reality, they’re just chatting, joking around with each other, and not doing any work at all.
The staff there so badI had a very bad experience at this shop. The cashier’s attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude. He was raising his voice at customers and showing no respect at all. Service unsatisfactory Cashier service 1/5

Customer service is very important, and unfortunately this place completely failed in that area. I would not recommend this shop unless the staff behavior is improved. 2:00pm
the cashier guy really rude with me , i forgot my card n i cant use my qr , n then my friend help me paying first but the cashier really rude asking my friend ‘duit cash cukup tak’ with rude intonation n then told us “bgitau awal kalau tak cukup nnti dh scan ckap takde duit pulak” i dont care if he asking us with polite but he asking us with really rude intonation n impolite attitude while doing sour face..
