Terrible return service from who I believe to be the store supervisor (female) Bought a hose, went back home to realise there’s a small crack whereby the water is leaking thru. Brought back to return same day, she has the audacity to tell me that it’s wet and they won’t accept return unless I clean it? Come on, I came right after trying to install, obviously it will be wet? Bought a 3 boxes at this outlet, all are the last stocks and are no longer in the best condition. Requested for the discount from cashier. He says likely not possible but he’s nice enough to request from a “person in charge” The so called person in charge came with a rude tone, claiming “mana ada discount, tak ada discount punya”. Clarified politely that these are last stocks and are no longer in good condition. He says “kalau rosak tak payah beli”.
