20/5/25 - when i went to mr diy and i wanted to make a payment.The female cashier was really unfriendly. I don’t know what her problem was. If possible, don’t bring your personal issues to the customers. Please behave better. She didn’t even show basic courtesy towards an elderly person. My mom was making a payment. She was holding out the money, and she still counting, and then I’m not sure if she had finished counting or not, but before my mom could fully hand over the money, the cashier just snatched it away. Sorry saya jarang bagi rate rendah ni, tpi staff kerek nak mam***, tak ramah langsung, senyum pun tidak! sebelum bayar elok je gelak2 snyum2 dgn lelaki, bila tang kita nk bayar senyum pun tkde! padahal kita ni letak brng sambil senyum! tolong ye ubah sikit service tu, jgn layan cust mcm cust tk berduit!
