Very Disappointing Customer Service Very disappointed with my experience at MR.DIY today. The Malay lady cashier was extremely unprofessional and gave us a very bad attitude throughout the situation, including a very unpleasant and unhappy facial expression. MR DIY Sunway Big Box has a very wide variety of choices, so it is easy to find many household items, tools, and daily necessities in one place. The store is quite convenient and useful if you want to shop for different things without needing to go elsewhere. What stood out to me was the cashier.
