MP staff named Ann and Shaz are very arrogant and very unhelpful in terms of questions from customers who come to enter the outlet there. We as customers are very dissatisfied with the way they serve them who speak in a rude and impolite tone of voice. very disappointing in terms of their service.

you cashier staff service very no good . always black face . 全部柜台都closed 人家要怎样还钱. 要出去吃饭干嘛不留一个人来开柜台. 搞到好像我们欠你们. 柜台小姐的服务真差.

mrdiy workers are all mentally strong.. at 5:30pm or so I saw a customer getting angry and getting angry loudly but this male staff member was still patient and occasionally I saw him take a slow breath to hold his patience while explaining to the customer that it seemed like the customer was originally from Korea.. in my opinion the customer was wrong because he was not comfortable making the payment, he should have checked the price first at the price check, he did that and it would make it difficult for the staff to pay, ... read more
