I want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Sivasankari, Retail Associate at MR.DIY KSL Johor Bahru. During my visit with my son, we had a misunderstanding with another staff member who was quite rude and unwilling to listen. Im from singapore. I went to johor last year and the trauma from that indian cashier's treatment still remains. As a content creator with millions of followers, I bought so many products from them and featured their brands in my videos so many times and only to be treated rudely by the Indian cashier. I asked for batteries and she replied me so rudely. She even treated the old aunty in front of me rudely. Good prices. Certain sections are messy and picked through. Aisles are quite narrow and just wide enough for 2 people to pass. Some items have missing or incorrect price labels, but there are 2 price check machines in the store. One is by the entrance across from the cashiers and the other mid-aisle in the middle of the store.
today i go to diy ksl branch.. cashier very rule.. For my opinion i have to pay money first before keep back the stoller.. when i take out my money,she blame at me say put back the stoller.. i say wait.. why u cant talk nicely to me?? i hope she can improve and talk nicely with customer ( exp: sorry,later plz help me put back the stoller ) or anything that not sound customer
