I gave 2 stars because of one staff member (the cashier). I think the management should brief or train staff, especially cashiers, to be more welcoming and polite. when I was paying, the cashier didn’t say anything she just scanned the items and waited for me to tap my card. That’s not a big issue, but the items were placed quite far from me, and she just left them there for me to take myself. After payment, she stayed quiet and didn’t even say thank you. Assalamualaikum, Saya sering menghadapi masalah berkaitan troli lotus di Mr. DIY Lotus Setia Alam. Troli lotus yang diambil dari tingkat bawah dan diparkir di luar premis mr diy sering hilang atau diambil orang selepas saya selesai membeli barang dalam dalam Mr diy. Akibatnya, saya terpaksa turun kebawah semula untuk mengambil troli lain. Saya memohon pihak tuan menyediakan penyelesaian supaya masalah ini tidak berulang. Terima kasih.
