The staff there were extremely unhelpful. When I was unable to scan the price using the self-service price scanner, I approached the cashier counter to ask for assistance. However, the staff simply replied, “No such thing, I can’t help you check the price.” He even dare to said that once I scan an item, you must buy it ...which doesn’t make sense, especially if the scanned price is different from the one displayed on the shelf.
