MR.DIY PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF! Price displayed on the shelf did not match the price charged at cashier. When we raised the issue, the cashier (wearing glasses, around 3:40–3:45pm) responded with a very bad attitude and blamed us for not checking the product code ourselves. It is the store’s responsibility to display correct prices, not the customer’s job to verify codes. Went there today around 8 ish pm on 29 December 2025. Upon payment, the girl cashier was so rude and make face to me. I didnt even do anything to annoyed her and I was about to yell at her but gladly i am a patience person! Terrible customer service! Please check and train your staff well. According to the reviews here, i checked there are so many complaint about your staff. Dont you guys check and investigate on this matter? Such a shame! Shes the only girl at the cashier beside the man cashier!
