Cashier problem
The worst shop I’ve ever visited. I went there to buy slippers for my father, whose toes are fractured. Before purchasing, I asked the staff whether I could return the slippers if they didn’t fit. The guy at the counter (I’m not sure whether he was Chinese or Nepali) told me that returns were not allowed. I explained to him that my father has a leg fracture and cannot come easily, but his response was, “Then ask him to come here and try first.” The way he said it was very rude and insensitive and it made me really upset. Satu pengalaman yg sgt mengecewakan baru tadi.. Staf kaunter tarikh 26-6-2026, 9.37 mlm, staf nama soon Yong wooi sangat2 hauk cara layanan dgn customer. Kitorang bawak anak setahun 10 bulan, bjln dari arah barang eletrik nak ke cashier, anak berlari ke arah pintu nk masuk kaunter, dan tak masuk pun lagi. Dia marah dan ckp tak boleh masuk sambil tutup pintu tu dan buat muka mintak kaki.. Apa punya attitude cashier.. Budak tak masuk pun lagi dlm tu. Budak nak masuk 2 tahun ja kot takyah takut sangat hilang juta2..
