One of the staff is very friendly and attentive. He greets every customer who entered the shop, he truely loves his job and made our day. This outlet is also clean and tidy. Shop happily here.
It was yesterday noon. Rude male staff at the cashier counter. I wanted to check something with him, courteously called him Encik three times, but he never wants to respond. He stared at me by showing his moody face. Very rude behavior. Treated himself like big boss. The shop is good to shop, but the staff there frightened customer away. I ended up went off and turned to Mr DIY at Gurney Paragon which provides good customer service there. Always smiling and greeting customers.
Good D.I.Y. but seriously should open when it’s says. Still waiting for it to open! How is it still closed. Supposed to be open at 10am. What’s going on?
