MR.DIY has a lot of choices and it’s easy to find what you need. The service is good, and the staff are very helpful. Overall, a convenient place to shop.
This shd be the largest outlet in kuantan. Huge inventory. Was a restaurant ,so, Ample of free parking. Understaffed. Plumbing hardware items prices not clearly labelled. Foreigner staff can't understand Bahasa, Cashier with zero queue can be quite rude and impatient when ask to check price. His response shows just how much he hates his job. Hope to see improvements.
Branch Mr. DIY sini tak lah teruk tapi tak lah best jugak berbanding branch dekat tempat lain. Atmosfera dalam kedai ok la but my god cashiers here are insufferable. Banyak borak dan menghilang.
