shopping experiences are nice for now, but on 17/8/2025. 8:46p.m. the middle counter. maybe the second one. its the service from a woman indian cashier, shes so rude. me and my mom paid at the counter separately, later outside the store my mom told me the same thing happened to her too. pls fix this. i saw another review abt a cashier too. been shopping here sometimes since i was little, never felt disappointed for diy lotus ampang in my life. so please please please do something.
