Malay Female staff rude, sbb anak buah saya tunjuk gambar CIF cleansing tapi tgok gambar tu dgn buat muka dan cakap habis, fahamla nak tutup kedai tapi please la jgn buat mcm tu. Malay male staff also rude, and said “dik, ada masa 5 minute je tau” faham nak tutup tapi terdesak nk plai cleansing tu
please improve your service. item kat displays rack, bila customer scan kat price scanner valid keluar harga tapi bila nak bayar staff cakap item tak boleh jual. why put in the rack then?? wasting my time have to wait. there are no customers tapi staff manager punya lembab nak sampai counter to confirm the item. no apologies made even.

Yesterday, i went to Mr DIY at Maidin Meru Ipoh ……. All the staffs were very helpful, friendly n efficient. Actually, most of d staffs in MrDIY ve nice personalities. Keep up d good job.
