I bought an air conditioner remote on 15/06, and the cashier informed me that I could exchange or return it within 7 days. Today (22/06) is supposed to be the 7th day, but when I requested a refund, the cashier explained that the purchase date is counted as Day 1, which makes today the 8th day according to the store's policy.
