Bought 2 foldable laundry baskets.
Staff member was rude, no smile at all. The name on the receipt says NUR HAZIQAH SYAZWINA at MR DIY IOI CITY MALL PUTRAJAYA, although i’m not sure if that was actually her. She tall and skinny like player netball. Please educate and train your staff on how to treat customers with basic respect. If she’s too tired or unhappy to do her job properly, then she should just go home and sleep instead of taking it out on customers. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business.
I bought a pair of safety shoes from your DIY IOI City Mall store yesterday. When I opened the box, I found that the shoes are different sizes. One shoe is size 39 and the other is size 42. Could you please help me exchange them for a matching pair? I still have the receipt and the original box. Thank you.
