Had a disappointing experience at MR.DIY this branch.One of the female staff came down the stairs with a sour face, didn’t even bother to smile or greet. As customers, we ended up being the ones who had to give way and be polite — fine, we gave way. But at the very least, she could have smiled or said thank you. Basic courtesy costs nothing. If this is the kind of attitude staff show, it really reflects poorly on the store. Please train your staff to be more respectful and professional.
